Well, as you can see, I have obliterated the flowers altogether.  They were too large in relation to the cats and they also detracted from the cats so they had to go!
I think this painting is more or less finished.  I shall keep looking at it and decide if it needs something to replace the flowers but I don't think so.
Constructive criticism is always welcome on any of the paintings because, although I may not be able to alter a particular painting, it could help me in the future.
This painting measures 18" X 14" and is in Acrylics on Canvas Board.

I have tried to take a recent photo of the painting below but light kept sweeping across the image and after three different times of trying, I gave up.  When the feelings of frustration have died down I will try again!! Basically, I have got rid of the awful white daisy on the right, added some more of the yellow flowers, a few tiny pink ones and some spatter.  The gray cat is almost finished too, and the trees in the background look a bit more like 'trees in the background' now and less like unidentifiable marks!!  Hope to get the imaging sorted soon.

Here is the, as yet, unfinished painting I've been working on recently.
There's still a lot to do, and more photos taken, hopefully better than this one!!
